Travel Policy

To ensure clarity and fairness for all families, the following travel policy applies to home tuition sessions.

Travel Within Local Area

Travel within a 5-mile radius is included in the cost of tuition.

Travel Beyond 5 Miles

For addresses located more than 5 miles away, an additional charge of 50p per mile will apply for the return journey. Mileage is calculated using the most direct route.

Minimum Booking Requirement

For locations exceeding 10 miles, a minimum one-hour session may be required to make travel practical.

Parking Costs

Where applicable, any parking charges will be added to the session fee.

This policy ensures that travel time and vehicle expenses are covered while keeping tuition fees transparent and fair.

£25 for 6 lessons, including written feedback each week for each child.
